Construction of the Island Harbor Club is nearing completion and RMP Construction officials are saying that residents could be moving into their units by January and February. VP of Operations for RMP Construction Andrew Ball spoke before Council on Tuesday night at the Gordon K Brown Council Chambers. He said currently waterproofing is 90% complete with parking garage doors now fully installed. Ball also added that sidewalks and stoplights were scheduled to be installed before winter but he added that will take place next spring. Crews are also aiming to have the entire building completed by the spring and to date every unit in the structure is completely sold out.
