A new business held their grand opening this past weekend in Toledo. Leeds Grenville Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark was on hand for a celebration to mark the official opening of Kitley Grocery and Service Centre owner Lynn Kerr’s new LCBO Convenience Outlet. Kerr said in a statement that this feels like a dream come true, and wants to thank the community for always supporting her. She said without the help of everyone, there would be no store. Earlier this year Ontario announced it was delivering on it’s pledge to expand beverage alcohol sales by opening nearly 300 new outlets. Elizabethtown Kitley Township Mayor Brant Burrow was also on hand to offer congratulations to Kerr.
