The Town of Gananoque has issued the first check to a local business to assist with switching to more environmentally friendly packaging. Craig Higgs of Molly’s Fries recently received the first check from the Environmentally Sustainable Container Grant Program. Town Councillor David Osmond presented the check to Higgs this week. Osmond explain what this bylaw is about.
