If you are having trouble finding a parking spot in the Town of Gananoque, the parking lot on Garden Street is now free of charge going forward. In a statement released by Downtown Gananoque BIA Chair Todd Bickerton, residents are reminded that the Garden Street parking lot will be free until December 31st. The lot is free in an effort to limit staff and owner parking on King Street. Businesses are encouraged to let their customers know of this area. The BIA also added that this is not an overnight parking area but a way to make it easier for everyone, including the current construction taking place on Pine Street.
