Drugs, drug paraphernalia and other unauthorized items were seized at the maximum security unit at Millhaven Institution. Correctional Service Canada Officers say the package was seized in the maximum security yard at Millhaven at around 3:50pm on September 10th. The total estimated institutional value of the seizure is $22,340.
