
Police raids have taken place in Kingston as
part of a lengthy investigation of motorcycle
gang activity.
Kingston Police and OPP have collaborated in an
operation targeting probationary members of
the Kingston chapter of the OUTLAWS.
Outlaws MC (Motorcycle Club) and his associates selling drugs in the Kingston area.
During a search of property including the Outlaws clubhouse in Wilton, police seized fentanyl, cocaine, suspected hydromorphone pills, prohibited weapons, rifles, and body armor. Four vehicles were also confiscated.
A similar search and seizure operation took place in Whitby.
Three Kingston residents and two Whitby residents were arrested.
All are facing numerous charges including drug possession for
the purpose of trafficking. Some of the accused face weapons related
charges.
Police estimate the street value of the seized narcotics
at $400,000. The confiscated vehicles are worth a total
of a quarter of a million dollars. $200 thousand in cash
was also seized.
