After owning a business from 2010-2017 Shannon Treanor ran a successful business in the Town of Gananoque. After taking a break from the busy lifestyle Treanor recently opened a new business venture called Lighthouse Provisions. The new business has been an instant hit with the town. Treanor notes that while doing renovations she would see community member giving her encouragement. which was her major inspirations for pushing forward. She said the support of the community means so much. She says she is proud of the fact that she has connected with so many people in town. One piece of advice she has for anyone looking to start their own business is taking ownership of everything you do with your business, everyday.
