A 42 year old motorcycle driver from Kenmore is facing charges after an investigation by Gananoque Police. Officers say they stopped the rider on August 13th when they noticed a two foot long braided rope with a steel ball attached. The weapon was attached to the handlebars of the motorcycle and police say the device is known as a ‘get back whip. The accused was charged with possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and will appear in court at a later date.
