Joyceville Institution has reported a total of 18 inmates have tested positive for COVID-19. Testing is currently being offered to inmates and staff. Officials at the institution say they are closely monitoring the situation and measures are in place to minimize the spread of the virus within the institution. In-person visits to the institution are currently suspended and other options remain available for inmates to connect with their family and support networks.
