
Gananoque Secondary School Track and Field athletes are headed to the OFSAA championships at York University in Toronto. Kaylee Clark, Jaylynn Whitehead, Josh Dion and Devon Rayner will all be at the meet and looking for gold. Clark finished 1st in Senior Girls Javelin at the East Regional Championships in Ottawa last week to qualify. Devon Rayner qualified for Senior Boys Long and Triple Jump, Whitehead placed third in Novice Girls Javelin, while Josh Dion finished 5th in Novice Boys Shot Put. The OFSSA championships beginning June 2nd through June 4th.

Kaylee Clark- 1st in Senior Girls Javelin Throw
Devon Rayner- 7th in Senior Boys High Jump, 4th in Senior Boys Triple, 1st in Senior Boys Long Jump *set new GSS Long Jump Record at 6.40m
Jaylynn Whitehead- 3rd in Novice Girls Javelin
Josh Dion- 5th in Novice Boys Shot Put
Brynn Bowman- 11th in Open Girls Steeplechase and 10th in Novice Girls 3000m
Macey Grier- 11th in Novice Girls 3000m
Nolan Campbell- 5th in Junior Boys Javelin
