An inmate has died while in custody at Millhaven Institution’s Regional Treatment Center. On June 12th, Henry Robert Williams died of apparent natural causes. Williams was serving an indeterminate sentence since October 29th of 1975 for murder and attempted murder. The inmate’s next of kin have been notified.
