Businesses in Leeds Grenville Lanark are invited to event on Wednesday with the focus of improving customer service. Blacklake CEO Robbie Deeks will be on hand presenting the workshop, The Game of Value, at the Employment and Business Center in Brockville beginning at 10am. Deeks said in a statement, this workshop will show business owners how to build their own customer value creating machine through lessons learned from his 10 years of helping grow companies.
