A motorcyclist is in stable condition and a 64 year old driver of a truck and trailer has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
Kingston Police say the area of Battersea Road was cleared on May 31st at around 6:30pm, after a south bound motorcycle struck a truck and trailer that attempted to make a left hand turn.
The bike was then hit by another south bound vehicle.
The driver of the truck and trailer was charged with left turn fail to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid collision.
Police report no other injuries in the collision.
