COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: Signature Stables to host 1000 Islands History Museum annual fundraiser

The 1000 Island History Museum is set to hold their annual fundraiser this year with a unique event. Julie Woods from the museum in Gananoque talks about where this event will take place this year.

Woods talks about what will be taking place at Signature Stables, the site of this year’s fundraiser.

The museum is located around the corner from the myFM studio, so Julie Woods made the short trip over and gave us information on ticket pricing.

There will be barrell racing, riding and training demonstrations by Picken Quarter Horses. Live and silent auctions will also be taking place. All money raised goes to help fund the museum. The event takes place July 20th from 5-8pm.

Woods provided us with further details and wanted to thank a few people that help make this event a success annually.
