Following a recent announcement of Brockville District Hospital Foundation corporate donors matching donations up to $200,000 by December 31st, a pair of local doctors have stepped up and made a contribution.
Doctor’s Melissa and Kevin Tyler made a $10,000 donation to the foundation this week in support of the Your Health, Your Hospital MRI Campaign.
Dr. Melissa Tyler serves as a respected primary care physician in the area, while Dr. Kevin Tyler is a dedicated radiologist at Brockville General Hospital. Both understand the crucial role of local healthcare delivery and recognize the significance of upgrading hospital equipment, particularly the new MRI, to meet the evolving needs of the community.
Their generous donation arrives as the Foundation nears its $12.5 million dollar commitment to Brockville General Hospital.
