n the Town of Gananoque, a 23-year-old man from Quebec is confronted with numerous charges subsequent to the execution of a search warrant at a residence.
On February 27th, Gananoque Police uncovered a cache including a 9mm handgun, Canadian currency, and various illicit substances, notably fentanyl.
The accused has been formally charged with a litany of offenses related to drugs and firearms.
Following his apprehension, the individual was remanded in custody pending a bail hearing.
As a result of the investigative efforts, the 23-year-old male from Quebec is accused of the following offenses:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking (X3)
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance (X3)
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
- Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order (X3)
