REMINDER! Even Though there is little to no snow on the ground, the Town of Gananoque has issued a reminder that Winter parking restrictions are still in place and those who violate the restrictions are still subject to the penalties and or fines associated with the violations
STUFF TO DO
It may be a little ways away but March 17th from 2 until 5pm the Gananoque Legion will be holding their annual St. Patrick’s Day party. Ladies Auxiliary will be serving stew, bun, dessert and coffee -$8 or stew and bun-$5. Everyone is welcome and don’t forget to dress in Green!!!
The Firehall Theater in Gananoque will host the 2024 International Women’s Day event Friday March 8th from 9am until 12:30pm.
Any students who want to learn more about theater while on March Break? The Firehall Theater in Gananoque is hosting a March Break Camp for students in grades 3 through 8. You can find more details on the Community Calendar. The camp runs all week from 9am until 4pm each day.
A reminder that the weather has been very inconsistent this year and with that the Gord Brown Memorial Canada 150 Rink is closed for the season. The Town hopes everyone who used it, enjoyed their time and look forward to next season.

ISLANDERS WIN AGAIN!!!! The Gananoque Islanders are off the next round of the Eastern Ontario Super Hockey League Playoffs. They won handily over the Tweed Oil Kings 10-6 on Friday night at the Lou Jeffries Arena. This week we will talk to Coach and GM Tom Dickson and they strategy for the team in the upcoming round. The upcoming playoff schedule will be posted soon and stay tuned to 99.9 for the latest updates.
