Corell Custom Cabinetry is the Business of the Year in Front of Yonge Township.
The award was handed out at a special ceremony held at the Mallorytown Legion last Friday Corell is owned by Ellen and Corey Roth, who have contributed to many community causes including playground equipment at Front of Yonge School.
Corell provides complete service in design, manufacturing and installation of a wide range of cabinetry.
Award for New Business of the Year went to Ballycanoe Naturals, which is a family run beekeeping business which operates around 100 hives in the area.
Recently the business has grown their product lines which include beekeeping services and natural beeswax products.
Award winners were issued certificates from MP Michael Barrett and MPP Steve Clark.
Guest speaker Charlie Mignault provided an update on the work of the St. Lawrence Corridor Economic Development Commission.
Other Business of the Year nominees included: Artfully Recycled, Cruisin’ Auto Sales,
Flowerbuds Professional Gardening, KRC Welding, Lisa’s Place Family Hair Care, Mallorytown
Pharmacy, Rock Island Campground, Skyward Active Health Centre, and X-Treme Snowplowing
and Lawncare.
Other nominees for New Business of the Year included: Rock Cliff Bakery, Wise Line Building
Products and 1000 Islands CNC Plasma Designs.
