Town of Gananoque staff are encouraging everyone to gather up your leaf brush and yard waste as collections will begin at the start of May. However do not put out and yard waste, leaves or brush before May 6th.
Gananoque Town Council Meetings are regularly held at 6:00 PM. All regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise determined by the Council. Call to Order and Closed Sessions of Council may vary depending on time needed for Closed Session of Council.
A reminder that Havelock Alley in Gananoque will be closed this week due to a ditching project the Town of Gananoque is doing. Contact Town Hall if you need a special Parking Pass.
If you plan on heading to Kingston, it is strongly urged to not take Highway 2 as the LaSalle Causeway is still closed and there are significant delays at the new third crossing. Take the Highway 401 and save yourself a long day in the car! Our news department will keep providing updates on the Causeway situation as it develops.
The Arthur Street Rehabilitation Project will be getting underway and Stone Street South to Charles Street South will be closed to motorists however local traffic will be allowed to pass through. Work begins May 6th and will run through October 25th.

Wednesday Keys Job Center in Gananoque will be holding an employer workshop from 8-930am. Breakfast will be provided and held at 375 William Street in Gananoque.
