
Elizabethtown Kitley Township will be holding Household Hazardous Waste Days over the summer and residents in the Town of Gananoque are welcome to bring their waste to their nearest location.
Everything from batteries to household cleaning items will be accepted at the drop off locations.
Ammunition, explosives and electronics are among several items that will not be accepted.
The first day to drop off waste with be Saturday July 6th at the Lombardy Fairgrounds from 8:30am until 2pm.
Saturday August 17th you can drop your household waste off at the South Leeds County Patrol Garage North of Lansdowne from 8:30am until 2pm and at the North Leeds Patrol Garage at the same time.
The final drop off day is set for the Spencerville Fairgrounds and North Grenville Patrol Garage on September 21st from 8:30 until 2pm.
