Crews with the Howe Island County Ferry have provided an update regarding weekend service from now until Labor Day weekend.
In an effort to help preserve crew capacity while new staff and recruits are being trained, a total of three service breaks will take place Saturdays and Sundays.
9-9:15am, noon-12:30pm and 3-3:15pm will see scheduled service breaks.
Crews thank everyone for their cooperation and understanding.
