Constable Jeffrey Rean has officially resigned from the Brockville Police Service as of September 30th.
He was facing charges of Discreditable Conduct under the Code of Conduct.
Following his resignation, all related Police Service Act matters are considered concluded, as the department no longer has jurisdiction over the case.
The Brockville Police have indicated that they will not offer any further comments on the matter
