The Gananoque Skating Club is thrilled to host Canadian figure skating legends Kurt Browning and Elvis Stojko for a special Meet & Greet event. Taking place on Wednesday, January 29th, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, the event will be held upstairs at the Lou Jeffries Arena, located at 600 King Street in Gananoque.
Kurt Browning, known for being the first skater to land a quadruple jump in competition, is a four-time World Champion and Canadian national champion. Elvis Stojko, a three-time World Champion and two-time Olympic silver medalist, holds seven Canadian national titles.
This exciting event, sponsored by the Tourism Advisory Panel, offers a rare opportunity to meet two of figure skating’s most celebrated athletes. Admission is free, making it an ideal outing for fans and aspiring skaters alike. Don’t miss this chance to connect with two iconic champions.
