Gananoque residents without a primary care provider can now enroll with Greenwood Medical Centre, following the clinic’s regional expansion. As of February 5, the centre is accepting patients from Gananoque as part of its efforts to serve the eastern part of the Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT).
Mayor John Beddows announced the expansion, encouraging eligible residents to use Greenwood’s Rapid Enrolment process. Patients must complete a roster form, provide proof of address, and submit an intake form through the medical centre’s website.
Greenwood Medical Centre aims to roster all eligible individuals in Kingston’s east end by March 31, 2025, prioritizing those registered with Health Care Connect who lack a primary care provider. The centre will continue expanding over the next six months, focusing on the eastern OHT region.
The online enrolment link is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will close once capacity is reached. Interested residents can register at Greenwood Medical Centre’s website.
