The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking public input with its Community Satisfaction Survey, starting this week in the East Region. The survey, open to residents aged 16 and older, aims to gather feedback on OPP services, including community security, perceptions of crime, and law enforcement.
Participants will receive an invitation by mail with instructions for completing the survey online or over the phone. The voluntary survey, which takes 10-15 minutes, will ask about OPP’s presence in the community, crime investigations, and service delivery.
The feedback will help shape OPP’s Business and Action plans, guiding improvements in services. Results will remain confidential and will not include personal contact details.
The survey runs until March 30, 2025, and will help the OPP set new goals for enhancing safety and service across the East Region. Those who participate are thanked for contributing to the OPP’s vision of safe communities and a secure Ontario
