
Four individuals have been arrested following a drug trafficking investigation in the Brockville area.
On March 6, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, assisted by the OPP Canine Unit, Leeds County OPP, and Brockville Police, executed a search warrant at a Kincaid Street residence. Officers seized suspected fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, and cocaine, along with weapons, a loaded syringe, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and nearly $2,300 in cash.
The arrested individuals, Alexandra Daoust (25) of Edwardsburgh-Cardinal, David Hannah (56) of Brockville, Mark McIntosh (51) of Gananoque, and Joanne Ryan (59) of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, have been charged with three counts of possession of a Schedule 1 substance for trafficking.
McIntosh faces additional charges, including possession of a prohibited device and failing to comply with a probation order. Daoust and McIntosh remain in custody, while Hannah and Ryan have been released with a court date set for April 4, 2025.
