Adelaide Street in the Town of Gananoque will be repaved from North Street to Brock Street starting today.
The project aims to improve the road surface and enhance safety for motorists and pedestrians.
During the repaving work, residents and drivers are advised to follow posted detour signs to navigate around the construction zone.
The town asks for patience and understanding as the work may cause temporary delays and disruptions.
Motorists should plan accordingly and allow extra travel time while the project is underway.
For more information or specific concerns, residents can contact the Gananoque Roads Superintendent at 613-382-2149 ext. 1611 or via email at roadsuperintendent@gananoque.ca.
The town thanks the community for their cooperation during this essential infrastructure upgrade.
