Most restaurants and businesses in small towns tend to close early. In Clayton New York Tricia’s Rondette restaurant is brining back a familiar tradition. They’re open 24 hours and it’s been well received in the community. Owner Tricia Bannister said this trial run is going back to how it used to be.
Bannister says in an area where everything closes early, many come by to see if it’s a real thing.
The motivation to open round the clock came from her grandparents, who took her there as a young girl.
Breakfast, lunch and dinners are available on their menu. Bannister said they are accepting Canadian money at par and are the only 24 hour restaurant in the region. They close for the season in November.
