The Frontenac Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a serious single-vehicle collision on Wilmer Road in Perth Road Village. The crash occurred shortly after 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2025. The sole occupant, a 28-year-old resident of Perth Road, sustained life-altering and potentially life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital for treatment.
Perth County Paramedic Services, South Frontenac Fire and Rescue, and OPP Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstructionists responded to the scene to assist with the investigation. Wilmer Road was closed for several hours during the emergency response and investigation but has since reopened to traffic.
