The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands has issued a Temporary Road Closure and Use Permit for the Annual Turkey Fair in Lyndhurst, scheduled for Saturday, September 20th.
The closures will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate fair activities and ensure public safety.
Streets impacted include Water Street at Lyndhurst Road, Jonas Street, Ford Street south of Oakel Street, and Lyndhurst Road/County Road 33.
While the closures are in place, pedestrians and local traffic will still be permitted to access the area.
The Township encourages residents and visitors to plan accordingly for possible delays and to enjoy the day’s festivities.
