United Way Leeds and Grenville is calling on residents to join its new Monthly Giving Challenge.
The campaign offers a unique opportunity for donors, as every new monthly contribution will be matched dollar for dollar thanks to a special challenge grant. Organizers say the goal is to maximize support for vulnerable people across the community.
Monthly giving provides United Way with steady and reliable funds to support local programs. The organization says donations are cost-effective, easy to set up, and flexible for households.
All contributions remain 100 per cent local, supporting initiatives that tackle poverty, homelessness, mental health, children and youth programs, and social isolation.
By becoming a monthly donor, residents can ensure year-round support for neighbours in need. With the current matching grant, that impact is doubled.
