The Town of Gananoque has announced a planned service disruption due to maintenance work on the stormwater pond located on River Street. The disruption is expected to continue through Thursday, October 16th.
Town officials say the maintenance work is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the stormwater system and to help prevent flooding or other water management issues in the area. During this time, residents may experience temporary changes in service or access near the work site.
The Town asks for the community’s patience and understanding as crews complete the required work. Residents are advised to exercise caution around the maintenance area and to follow any posted signage or instructions from staff on site.
For more information, contact the Town of Gananoque’s public works department. This project reflects the municipality’s ongoing commitment to maintaining essential infrastructure and protecting the community.
