The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands (TLTI) Council will meet tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the Lansdowne Council Chambers.
The agenda includes a mix of planning, administrative, and community-focused items. Council will review applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments affecting properties at 7 Bulls Island, 439 Thousand Islands Parkway, and 7 Clark Drive.
Other planning matters include an extension request for the River Valley Estates Draft Plan of Subdivision and updates to the 2026 Council, Committee, and Conference schedule.
Council will also consider authorizing attendance at the Ontario Good Roads Association and Association of Municipalities of Ontario conferences and appoint a member to the Cataraqui Conservation Full Authority Board.
Community matters include staff reports on emergency management compliance and the potential addition of pickleball lines at Jonas Park in Lyndhurst.
By-laws regarding zoning, voting procedures, and Official Plan amendments are also scheduled for final reading and passage. The meeting will be accessible online via webinar registration, ensuring residents can follow discussions and decisions.
