Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario (STEO) has cancelled all school bus and special vehicle transportation today across every county served by the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario and the Upper Canada District School Board.
The decision means that while buses will not operate, all schools across both boards remain open for regular classes. Families are advised that students who normally rely on transportation will need to arrange their own travel to and from school.
STEO reminds parents and guardians that children must be picked up at their regular dismissal time, as no transportation services will be available at the end of the school day.
Further updates will be provided if conditions change. Officials encourage families to monitor local channels for any further notices.
