Gananoque residents aged 55 and older are invited to take part in a Free Senior Swim program, offering an enjoyable way to stay active and social. The program includes designated swim times at Artillery Park in Kingston, with transportation available by bus, or participants may choose to drive themselves.
Participants are encouraged to attend all five scheduled dates to get the most out of the program. Spaces are limited, and advance registration is required for either the Lane Swimming Pool or the Leisure Pool.
Residents interested in participating can register by emailing marinarecreation@gananoque.ca. The program is funded by the Town of Gananoque and the Government of Ontario, supporting accessible recreational opportunities for local seniors.
