The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority has announced planned maintenance for the Thousand Islands Bridge U.S and Canadian spans this morning.
Traffic control will begin at 9:00 a.m. on both the US and Canadian spans and is expected to last until approximately 12:00 p.m. During this time, alternating one-way traffic operations will be in effect to ensure safety while maintenance work is carried out.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow posted signage. The authority encourages drivers to remain patient and exercise caution while traveling through the work zone.
