The Leeds Thousand Islands Public Library is inviting residents to a variety of programs and activities this April across its branches.
New this month, the Lyndhurst Lug-Nuts, a beginner ukulele group for adults, kicks off on April 18. Interested participants are encouraged to pre-register to secure a spot. For younger audiences, the library continues to host Chess-Nuts on Wednesday afternoons and Lego Club on Fridays in Lansdowne, providing fun, educational after-school opportunities.
Patrons should also note upcoming closures and special events. All branches will be closed on April 3 for Good Friday and April 6 for Easter Monday. Families can look forward to Chili Night at Sweet’s Corners Elementary School on April 23 and PA Day activities for children on April 24.
The library encourages community members of all ages to take part in these programs and enjoy the variety of events designed to engage, educate, and entertain this month.
