A community BBQ and open house will highlight cutting-edge construction technology in Gananoque on Friday, May 29 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Horizon Legacy’s local project site.
The development is being promoted as Canada’s first and largest neighbourhood built using on-site robotics. Visitors will have the opportunity to take guided tours, learn how the technology works, and explore how it is shaping the future of housing and skilled trades.
The event will also feature a community barbecue, music, and opportunities to meet neighbours and industry representatives. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned, with community and government leaders expected to attend.
Organizers say the event is designed to showcase why the Toronto-based developer chose Gananoque for the innovative project and to celebrate this milestone with the public.
The family-friendly event is open to all ages.
