The Gananoque Food Bank is reaching out to the community with its latest weekly wish list, highlighting several essential items needed to support local residents.
Among the most needed items are canned beans, juice, cookies, baby diapers in sizes 4, 5, and 6, feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and dish soap. The food bank is also asking for empty laundry pod bags to assist with packaging.
Organizers say community donations continue to play a vital role in helping meet increasing demand and supporting families in need.
Donations can be dropped off at 497 King Street East at the side of the building, or residents can call the food bank for more information on how to help.
Officials say every contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful difference in the community.
