The Town of Gananoque is advising residents of a planned service disruption as restoration work continues near 10 King Street East beside Susan Push.
Officials say structural repairs to the umbrella structure have already been completed by the Town and Portage Power. Contractors are now returning to complete the remaining work, including shingling on the north side, painting, and other minor repairs.
The project is scheduled to run from May 19 through May 29, weather permitting.
Town officials say the repairs are necessary to fully restore the structure and ensure the area remains safe and properly maintained.
Residents and visitors may notice temporary disruptions while crews are working in the area.
The Town of Gananoque thanked the public for its patience and understanding as the final stages of the repair project are completed over the coming weeks.
