Visitors to two popular Leeds and Thousand Islands parks can once again enjoy seasonal canteen service.
The Township has announced the Centennial Park canteen in Seeley’s Bay will be open every Wednesday throughout June from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Meanwhile, the Kendrick’s Park canteen in Lyndhurst opened for the season on May 30 and will operate on weekends from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The canteens provide food and refreshments for park users enjoying beaches, playgrounds, sports activities and waterfront amenities. Township officials are encouraging residents and visitors to stop by and enjoy the parks this summer.
