The Town of Gananoque is advising residents of a planned service disruption as overnight line painting takes place throughout the community from June 26 to July 20.
The work will be carried out by the Town and its contractor and is expected to occur during overnight hours to minimize impacts on daytime traffic. Motorists may encounter temporary traffic disruptions and detour routes while crews complete the road marking work.
Town officials are asking drivers to obey all posted signage and follow any detours that may be in place during the project.
The line painting is part of ongoing road maintenance efforts aimed at improving roadway safety and visibility for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. The Town thanks residents and visitors for their patience and cooperation while the work is completed.
