Residents visiting Gananoque Town Hall are being advised that the building’s elevator is temporarily out of service.
Town officials say the elevator was affected by this week’s widespread power outage and is currently unavailable while the issue is addressed. Staff are working to restore service as soon as possible and will notify the public once the elevator is back in operation.
The outage may impact accessibility for visitors requiring elevator access. Residents who need assistance or have accessibility concerns are encouraged to contact Town Hall before their visit.
The Town thanks residents for their patience and understanding while repairs are completed.
