In nearly a month the 2026 edition of the Gord Brown Memorial Gold Tournament will be taking place at Smugglers Glen Golf Course in Lansdowne. Melissa Hindman from the United Way Leeds and Grenville explains the importance of this event.

Now in its sixth year, the tournament honours the extraordinary legacy of the late Gord Brown, past Member of Parliament for Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes. The event brings together golfers, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters for a memorable day of golf, camaraderie, and community impact.
