The tourism season is in full swing and City Cruises has made the guest experience at their Ivy Lea Dock that much better with recent upgrades. City Cruises Chief Operating Officer Mory DiMaurizio says the site was great but needed a reset.
He says the upgrades were meant for a specific purpose.
He added upgrades were worth the effort.
New docks and a new ticket booth were also part of the new look. He added the project took about 18 months with improvements on accessibility and comfort being the focal point. He says, since City Cruises took over the Gananoque Boat Line, this project was part of their plan to help improve guest experiences today and into the future.
