The Town of Gananoque says work on the Black Snapper Bridge Revitalization project is now underway.
Construction began July 13 and is expected to take approximately 30 days to complete, with the project tentatively scheduled to wrap up by August 13.
During the construction period, residents and visitors may experience intermittent interruptions to access across the bridge and connecting trails. The Town is advising users to be aware of changing conditions and follow any posted signage or directions while work is taking place.
The municipality says the project will help improve the bridge and surrounding connections. The Town is thanking residents and visitors for their patience and cooperation during the disruption.
