The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands is advising residents of a temporary service disruption next month.
The Township Administrative Office and municipal waste sites will be closed on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the annual Student and Staff Appreciation BBQ.
Residents are encouraged to plan their visits and waste site trips accordingly during the temporary closure. Regular services will resume following the event.
The Township thanks residents for their understanding and appreciation as staff and students take part in this annual recognition event.
