Here’s what’s happening in Gananoque and the Thousand Islands:
The Wrinkle Room upstairs at the Gananoque Legion is open this Friday for all seniors aged 55 plus from 1-4pm. Plenty of activities are planned from games to puzzles. All supplies are provided and the room us fully accessible
Games, fun and of course crafts will be on hand at the Gananoque Craft Market which will be held at Town Hall Park in Gananoque from 10am until 4pm. everyone is welcome to attend.
the Gananoque Islanders Minor hockey Virtual Fishing Derby takes place September 5th and 6th across our region. Entry fee is $20 for adults and Kids 16 and under are just $10. The winner will be determined by the fish closest to the selected weight without going over.
The final regular season race at the Brockville Ontario Speedway takes place this coming Saturday night with championships in 5 divisions to be decided. Racing gets underway at 7pm
