Residents across Gananoque and the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands are being reminded of several changes for the Labour Day holiday on Monday, September 7th.
Gananoque Town Hall will be closed for the holiday, with regular business hours resuming Tuesday.
In the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, the municipal office and all three waste disposal sites will be closed Monday for Labour Day. The sites will reopen Tuesday during regular hours.
Residents in Lansdowne should also note that curbside garbage and recycling collection normally scheduled for Monday will move to Tuesday, September 8th because of the statutory holiday.
Residents are encouraged to plan ahead for the holiday closures and adjusted collection schedule.
