Those working or living in downtown Kingston will soon be able to get their Timbits within walking distance.
A new Tim Horton’s store is set to open at the former Starbucks on Princess St at Wellington.
Franchise owner Nathan Moore along with his wife Kylee, owners of the Gananoque Tim Horton’s location, will be operating the store.
He says it is a great convenient location in the city.
Unlike most Tim Horton’s in Kingston and across Canada, this one will not have a drive-thru.
But Moore says they will still carry the full menu items plus have a unique feature.
They are currently looking to hire staff for the new store.
No opening date has been set but Moore says he hopes to have the store ready by October.
